How we organise on site
Each site is run by a project manager, supported by an HSE officer and a pest control team leader. Operators are recruited locally and their fitness-to-work medical checks are kept current. The operations director carries out a monthly site inspection to verify the effectiveness of measures, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
